Period of stay from 1.05 to 3.05 in the business room. Plus the hotel, it's just his location. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. At 8 a.m., workers are already carrying out repairs, and silence is not being observed. There is no flooring in the common corridor and there is a smell of glue and dampness. There are no dental kits in the room... you have to go and beg at reception. There was one robe without a belt in the room for 2 people. The slippers fell apart before they were operational. The water in the bathroom is brown. The mixer in the shower does not work well, either cold water or boiling water flows. Pillows are a cost-effective option, filling like small pieces of foam. No room service..... the next day, the room did not receive the drinking water that was due (1 bottle was almost used). Bathroom's left to clean. The bed wasn't made. At the same time, the tip was not shy))). But most importantly! The maid didn't lock the door after she left!!! The room was open all day. And that's considering the hotel is swarming with refurbishment workers. Thank God all the stuff is still there.

Stayed with his wife for two nights. I liked it - location, room renovations, linens, breakfasts, reception and floor staff. Didn't like it - the bar cheating and the lack of management response to my complaint.

Many times when we went to V. Novgorod we stayed in this hotel. The view of the Magi and the Kremlin is fascinating. No claims by number - clean, cozy, fast WiFi. But breakfast was disappointing this time. I understand that the holidays (early January), full occupancy, but is this a surprise? The price for these days was quite high, but there was almost nothing to eat breakfast. Next time we arrive in V. Novgorod we will choose another hotel.
