I live in Perm and I was supposed to arrange accomodation for a team of foreign supervisors who were going to stay 2 weeks in Perm. I visited the place personally to have a look at the rooms and its surroundings. The receptionist could not confirm availability of 3 rooms for the period immediately, he proposed to call me the next day and inform 'yes' or 'no'. By the end of the next day they did not call me, so I made a call myself. They promised to call back, they never did. I booked a different hotel, there are a number of them in the city and there was no problem with another one.

Excellent hotel at an affordable price. There is everything for leisure - tennis, billiards, massage)) in the room comfortable and clean, room is spacious with excellent plasma TV . I advise all! The only minus - reach only by a taxi or the Shuttle of the hotel.
