Disgusting service , I will never come here again and recommend to anyone ! Came from another city , left a passport in another bag , not the first time checked in without a passport , my husband had a passport with him , I only have a photo and public services , the time of two o'clock in the morning we needed only until 6 AM to sleep , the website nowhere says that it is necessary the original passport , pre-called booked a room by phone voiced that one passport ,no one and said that we will not be checked in ! Approached asked what the name of the administrators introduced themselves as Andrei and Oksana , before that asked why you this information and did not tell you his name for a long time , I would not be surprised even if the name came up , because the name tag was not well young man , the girl left at all and never came out again !

Terrible service! Arrived at 1:30 p.m. on March 26, 2025, paid for the room. The receptionist said the room is not ready, check-in from 2:00 p.m. I asked for a storage room for 30 minutes to leave. The receptionist sent her to the locker, and said a staff member would be right over. Outside the storage room, I stood with my suitcase for half an hour. No one ever came up. Couldn't get away and lost time. Third hotel stay in a month. Apparently the last one! I strongly recommend against the hotel!

Old room stock, something with room ventilation, furniture needs repair. The room smelled of mildew and staleness, the hallway smoked. The quality of the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. There's a black raid in the corners of the bathroom. The hotel clearly needs renovation. Not recommended
