The hotel is very large in size, located quite successfully in the centre within walking distance of the waterfront. But the hotel itself, admittedly, disappointed. To apply the euphemism, it's too ascetic. Minimalism manifests itself in everything but the size of the building. The room setting, or rather the lack thereof. Virtually no beauty kits in the bathroom (only shower hat). Lack of proper light in the room, no torch or even a table lamp on the table. A frankly meagre breakfast. There's a gym and a sauna, but it's chargeable for guests. If the sauna part still makes sense, the hall... Anyway, it's more a no than a yes.

I stayed from April 24 to May 1, 2024, the extractor hood in the shower does not work, the restaurant is not open every night and from 02 to 06 in the morning it is very bad, I went up to the reception and asked about the restaurant Anastasia answered that it does not apply to them, I said when I bought a room on the website they promised that the restaurant is open 24 hours a day, she started yelling and responding very rudely in a high tone, I really didn’t like it, she’s just rude, how can she still work for you! This is not the first time that I lived with you, before this in February I lived for five days in a two-room suite and left quite a bit of money with you. The security is also boorish and asks for a map, show me like I’m their comrade, without a word, please. I won't stay with you anymore

Mixed impressions from staying at this hotel. The location of the hotel is really convenient, the center and everything is within walking distance. The rooms seem to be spacious, but already tired and worn out, the beds are creaky, there is no sound insulation, this was especially felt on the night from Saturday to Sunday, it is worth noting here that the hotel administrators do not have a clear logic. I was placed on the floor with the guys from the regional KVN league, as I understood, on Saturday their performances ended and they celebrated and said goodbye all night and on the entire floor, I was especially impressed by the phrase of a drunk participant who turned to the guy, asking him to gather his strength. In general, we can only dream of peace, even a call to the hotel reception did not calm down the KVN people, as a result, we got up and went for a walk around the city center at 7 am. There are two souvenir kiosks in the hotel lobby. On Monday, I discovered at home that I had forgotten my shirt at the hotel, called them, and was surprised that during the day no one came and checked the room, which raised suspicions about the cleanliness of the bed linen. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, the service is very weak.
