I don't recommend it. Check-in took longer than 2 hours. The water is quite cold. The elevators don't work well. Terrible sound insulation. Rude staff. There are no toothbrushes, toothpastes, shampoos, or hair dryers like in normal hotels. There is some kind of grub on the floor in the corridors and rooms; There's jizz on the blankets, there's urine in the kettle, and there's menstruation on the pillows.

A very strange place. There is no other way to say it...
When ordering a hotel, we asked for early booking, wrote in the comments. And after a day on the road, we had to wait 4 hours for check-in. 4 o'clock, Karl! Extremely unfriendly employees of the check-in department (reception) “burguli” through clenched teeth, it turns out that writing a comment is not enough. We have to pay. There was no additional button, no message, no call from the hotel. And the most disgusting thing is this attitude! Like they're fools themselves. And they didn’t even give us a time guide... wait, or better yet, go outside and take a walk.
Later, I observed a scandal with the same employees of the guys from the SVO, who left the reservation for a month. They had payment until tomorrow. And another month of reservation, and they came to pay. To which they received a cold answer that the reservation did not mean anything. And tomorrow they will be evicted. Because the entire hotel is occupied by other already paid bookings. As I watched, I came to the conclusion that we were lucky😂
It’s cool in the lobby, corridor, and restaurant. The rooms are warm, relatively clean, comfortable mattress - this is the main plus! There is hot water and good pressure. TV hangs. After the first use, the towels began to smell damp. The walls are cardboard, you can even hear what is inappropriate to hear🙈
The restaurant is a different matter. Very dirty! However, very reasonable prices, good waiters, tolerable food. The restaurant itself is apparently in the stage of sluggish renovation.
I hope this was helpful! See for yourself who cares what. And most importantly, you are now armed and know that reservations and requests at the Zhemchuzhina Hotel mean nothing.
Let me add: in the morning history repeated itself(((at 07:30 local time, in the lobby, huddled on poufs, tortured children were sleeping, waiting for check-in. Still, the hotel administration needs to think through the issue of check-in, focusing on the guests. And raise the level of service and customer-centricity.

Terrible hotel. It's good that we only stayed for a day. We were traveling in transit. The room is small, you can put two suitcases and there is no place to walk, you can basically walk sideways to the bed. The bathroom is a separate issue. For three stars they could have included toothpaste and brushes, it would be nice to have soap at least. There is a kettle in the room, but unfortunately there is no coffee or tea. And again I will return to the fact that the hotel is 3 stars. The audibility in the rooms is such that it seems that your neighbors are living in the same room with you. There is a cooler in the hallway for common use, but no cups. Everything is terrible. I don’t recommend it to anyone at all, even if you just need to wait out the time. The only plus is the location. Basically in the center. Nearby there is a market and a delicious cafe, Khokhloma.
