A very nice hotel. Comfortable and beautiful rooms, delicious breakfasts, very attentive employees. Good soundproofing and no extra smells, clean and pleasing to the eye. Everything in the hotel is thoughtfully done for yourself, even the smoking area is a balcony with armchairs and a table. Dinner is convenient here - very delicious and even with a full restaurant everything is quick and quiet. The area is quiet, beautiful and not far away.

I booked the hotel with three of my siblings, and we didn’t set our expectations high. Honestly, the hotel was more than wonderful. It gives you a real feeling of home, even though I come from a very different background (I came from Saudi Arabia). I really loved the place — it felt very warm and intimate. We took two rooms, London and Rome. Because of how beautiful the place was, on our first day in the city we decided to stay in and not go out. The staff were extremely helpful and cheerful, especially Anna. My sister asked her if she could write her a card, and she didn’t just write one for my sister — she wrote cards for all of us. If I ever return to Saint Petersburg, I will definitely come back to this more-than-wonderful hotel. I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you to the Alexander House team, and thank you Anna. A beautiful hotel! We were visiting for the first time. The staff is extremely polite, attentive. An atmosphere of comfort, warmth and... stability. Perhaps it's important now: you go back to the hotel to rest, and it's as if all the fuss is left behind. There's nothing to say about the cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the linen and the silence - everything is at an excellent level. Take Bangkok on the library floor. No reproach.
