Booked this hotel in advance and specified separately about staying with two dogs, promised to prepare sunbeds and bowls. In fact, nothing. At first, the reception staff called it an “overlay”, and then the manager, who had to wait two days, reported that such items were provided only on a separate request. Employees can't agree on what their policy is, and it's already a question of how the hotel works in general. I would like to mention specifically the attitude of the staff: there was no interest in solving the problem, the manager refused to deal with it in direct text. Room cleaning is a separate topic: dust is not removed in principle. Asked directly why the level of the service gave away competitors, they said they "do not compete with them". After that answer, there are no more questions. For the price of a five-star hotel, the service falls short of even the average. Not recommended.

A lovely stay and a comfortable bed. A little far from the Hermitage Square... We were asked for a document along with our passports again during our stay, which was strange, but their service was kind, and the restaurant staff were as well, for which we are grateful.

Sometimes life throws up the most unexpected plots. We, two young but still dreaming hearts, found each other by chance on the Internet. To say that the hotel impressed us is not to say anything. Everything from impeccable disposition to politeness and sensitivity of the staff was up to scratch. Every detail was as if thought out in advance especially for us: daily cleaning, fresh linen, and in the evenings - a bed-ready bed with a touching chocolate compliment. We felt cared for and warmly involved, not just serviced. We spent three magical nights here, filled with tenderness, warmth and the amazing feeling that the world around us was holding its breath not to scare off this quiet happiness. Special thanks to the hotel restaurant. When all the establishments in the city required reservations, we decided to stay “home” – and did not miss. Breakfast is perfect, 5 out of 5. And dinner... it was a gastronomic revelation. Vladimir Grishukov’s author’s cuisine was truly astonishing: every dish is like a poem. We also thank the waiters and the restaurant manager – you have created not just an atmosphere of comfort, but the feeling that we are with old friends. This hotel has become more than just a meeting place for us. He became part of fate. It was here that we realized we no longer wanted to live without each other. We weren't married in church.
