Nevsky Hotel Aster

I do not recommend this apartment for accommodation!!!!!!!! If you are going to St. Petersburg on a business trip and need accounting records - you will never wait for them in your life!!! First you'll be "brunch fed," then they'll forget about your ID, and eventually they'll stop answering the phone and ignore your messaging messages! It's very sad to be treated like this.

A hotel with a great location, but very murdered! And, most importantly, I was booking a superior room at the Nevsky Grand, and without warning, I was taken to the usual old economy in Aster after paying. To the question "what is his improvement in", for which I paid almost 3,000 rubles, I was told that I was entitled to a kettle and slippers (which never appeared in the room).

The hotel was booked in September for December. As a result, we were told there were no places, please go opposite to the Nevsky Grand. And this is still a garbage dump. Very unpleasant. I am a travel agent and often sent my tourists to this hotel. And so I decided to see for myself where they rest with me. And they treated me like that. Therefore, I will redirect my tourists to another hotel.
