Park Inn Pulkovskaya

I came here with a tour, they give us 3 people room it was too small to stay with 3 people and there was no space to open our luggage. Rooms smelled so bad and its not comfy i tried to shower and relax but water genuinely smelled so bad and old. Location could be good to eat somewhere else the restaurant is bad the milk is slimey I couldnt eat anything for days. Noise level is mid. Service is bad how can people dosent know english and still work here we couldnt understand anything beacuse no one really spoke english. Foods are bad smelly as everything I tried to eat croissants but they were awful it could be the worst croissant it felt like a old crusty bread. This hotel is not 4 this hotel is so old and smells so bad air quality is really awful. Atmosphere here is so bad too. The cooridors felt like a horror movie bathrooms are really old. I don’t understand the reviews this hotel is gross and smelly please give some money and go to other hotel this place is so smelly and disgusting.

We stayed at Cosmos Hotel St. Petersburg Pulkovskaya with a tour group, and everything from check-in to check-out was excellent. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the staff are extremely respectful, kind, and professional. We especially had the chance to meet three restaurant staff members: Aliya, Alina, and Nikita. All three of them provided outstanding service. They were polite, fast, professional, and genuinely pleasant people. If I come back to St. Petersburg again, I would definitely stay at this hotel without hesitation. Thank you for your hospitality.

Cosmos Saint-Petersburg Pulkovskaya Hotel Level 4* hotel. Stayed here in June 2025 while on a business trip in St. Petersburg. Booked the Standard level room. From the pros - convenient location - from Pulkovo drive about 10-15 minutes. The hotel has windows to Victory Square and Moscow Avenue. Of the cons, the number was clean, but "tired". You can see the cosmetic repairs were long ago. Overall, you can rate the hotel level by 3.5 stars. It's four short.
