Petro Sport Hotel

Not a bad stopover hotel. Wouldn’t choose to stop here for a holiday. Rooms are basic but ok. Beds are comfortable. WiFi works great in the rooms. Pool was nice and quiet apart from a bit of a faff having to buy a compulsory cap to swim in. Then back to the room for slippers to walk round in. But guessing that’s just local rules. Not much in the way of buying drinks later in the evening. Plenty of water available.

Having stayed in numerous hotels around Russia my expectations were suitably low. There are some good and some bad points but if you like to gym/swim there wont be many places better Pool and Gym are excellent ,U.S standard quite expensive but means its not too busy Receptionist speaks good English , rest of staff hit and miss Breakfast is appalling cereal or toast Juice and coffee nothing else , Late dinner is good but need to order three courses to feel full. I would come back for gym and pool etc

Check in was very friendly unless you want to stay in room right away... we've got replacement immediately and that worked. Reception and others worked perfectly. Nice stay. Great location if you are in transit.
