Golden Triangle Hotel

All staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Natalia called ambulance for my mom’s medical need. Really appreciate her help. Location is good. Can reach most sights on foot.

We have chosen this hotel for accommodation on a special day, the time of our wedding. We had hoped for a comfortable holiday, but we encountered a number of problems. Our visit was overshadowed by the following circumstances: Unacceptable accommodation and security conditions. Immediately after checking into the room, we found out the builder's window. Windows are smudged, but silhouettes are visible. And some places have bald spots. They wanted privacy, but we didn't get it. We were warned about the repairs, ready for the noise. But not to the builder in the window next to the bed. Room malfunctions. The bathroom did not have a shower gouge, and the shower hoses poured water uncontrollably. In addition, there was no shower gel in the room (only shampoo gel). We had to deal with the matter personally at 10 p.m., which after a busy day was extremely exhausting. We were offered another room, but we refused. Because we're really tired. And we didn't need a shower. Lack of recreational facilities. We couldn't rest at night: the room was stuffy because of the air conditioning that didn't work, and the fan provided couldn't cope. Violation of the law of silence. We managed to sleep briefly in the morning, but as early as 8 a.m. we woke up to the noise of the construction crew outside the window. According to the Law on Quietness in St. Petersburg, noisy repair works on weekends and holidays are prohibited until 12:00. The law was not observed, making further sleep impossible. As a solution and compensation for sleepless night, stress and ruined wedding morning, we were offered a plate of fruit or champagne. We consider this offer to be disproportionate to the inconvenience caused and the damage to the reputation of the Golden Triangle Hotel. The room was a junior suite. Pros: cleanliness in the room, parking assistance. Punctuality of breakfast in the room.

Excellent hotel on Bolshaya Stable Street. Everything is nearby, within walking distance of the main attractions. There's a place to eat on this street. The hotel is very pleasant. Clean, cozy, nice bed, linen, pillows. Really liked the hotel 👍👍👍 What might be confusing: there are street musicians singing, with the windows closed, but they don't sing late at night, so they slept peacefully. Definitely if I'm in town, I'll be back at this hotel! P. S is a great breakfast! There are juices - celery, apple - very good, there are low-salt fish, fruit, sandwiches, pancakes, etc. Tea and coffee can come and pour throughout the day. They bring water to your room. Left a small tip when cleaning the room, always new means, clean towels, re-made the bed, perfectly clean. The front desk asked for a razor kit and an iron. Immediately, everyone was provided.
