Very convenient location of the hotel for tourists, business trips and just people who escaped from everyday life and problems on the shores of the free Neva River. The hotel offers a variety of room categories. Very democratic prices even in high season. Adding convenience is the availability of its own cafe with a varied menu and the location on Rubinstein Street. The hotel staff is beyond praise. Indeed - concerned people who try to help hotel guests in various situations. The hotel has an elevator, making it extremely convenient for people with disabilities. Cleaning and cleanliness of the rooms is at the right level. I recommend all guests of St. Petersburg.

Staying at this hotel regularly since 2020. Very satisfied with the service, the cleanliness, the whole infrastructure. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. Breakfasts are good and varied. Cold and hot water coolers on the floors. Room service is regular. Used to provide very good shower gels and shampoos, now it's worse. I hope the hotel will fix that. The staff is very attentive, will always cooperate, help (especially this time I liked the work of the employee at Christine's reception, immediately helped to solve all issues). The hotel is well located in a historical location, there is plenty to see, where to eat, many nightlife establishments. The hotel is located in a historic building, which adds atmosphere and decorates the stay.

Overall, the hotel is decent, and I wouldn’t write a negative review if it weren’t for one “but.” We accidentally forgot the flash drive on the TV that contained the data I needed. Upon arrival in Moscow, I contacted the reception with a request to check the item that was left behind. The flash drive was not found. A very unpleasant aftertaste.
