Incompetence is utter! Went to the site, booked a room by phone through dispatch. Came to Peter, booked a cab. Upon arrival we are informed that we are booked at a hotel, but at another address in some faraway area....WHAT? The website only lists the address of the Gallernaia, the receptionist did not specify by phone that they have a network, nor did we send a text with the address and reservation...Our request to give us a room in a hotel on the Gallerna at least for the approximate cost (at a discount, as it is their fault), we were refused. They don't care about reputations or clients... that's not how anyone works. These situations may not be frequent, but they didn't want to solve ours. I don't talk about inconvenience and a lot of extra trouble.

The location is good. That's all. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, the elevator does not work. Briefly, dirt, stench, rudeness. I agree with previous reviews, scammers. All photos were taken earlier when they had other floors. Several years ago we lived on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Don't book, don't spoil your vacation.

I was in Nevsky Breeze in 2014, then I stayed on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Everything was acceptable. Now this building is divided into floors - there are different hotels on each floor. Nevsky Breeze only at 4. There is no reception now, everything is done online. That's horrible. I was greeted by an incredible smell, I would describe it as “a hookah bar in a basement where truckers hang out.” I went into the room and everything became clear. Truckers really hang out here. On the plus side, they were returned. There is no reception, so you will be indignant into the void. Even from the airport, I wanted to pay for morning check-in. And I decided to ask if there would be breakfast, because earlier check-in at 8 am would cost the same as a whole night - almost 5 thousand. I was told that no, and that breakfast was delivered in advance. Then doubts crept in and I didn’t pay. Then the girl called back and said that I could check in for free. I think: these are gifts! I was happy. It turned out that it was in vain)) you can see from the photos what the number is. There are photos on all websites - there really were such numbers, but I don’t know what’s wrong with them now. In any case, they no longer belong to Nevsky Breeze. By the way, I was waiting for the administrator, they promised me that she would come. Then they didn’t answer me. When I got through, some guy said “well girl, what are you doing, of course no one will come to you))).” Thanks for your honesty, guy!)) She packed her things and left. It's sad, there were warm memories with the hotel, but they were overshadowed
