I understand why it's done. To minimize communication with customers. And don't get bored with your problems. The room is cleaned once every three days. They don't even take garbage. But it wasn't taken out until day four. Turns out the maid got sick and was taken away by ambulance. Why do I need this information?!? Find a replacement. In response, only an apology and a "hands folded in prayer" emoji. Nonsense! The TV wasn't working and people asked me to send a picture of my screen to complain. Couldn't you check all the devices before you moved in? It's a terrible impression. What a price to pay! Exorbitant for such conditions. I don't expect such a negative review to be posted on the site. Most of the reviews are excellent.

It has a really good location with good staffs.if you r singles or easy going person you should rent an apartment.apartment is really better than the rooms.in rooms you hear the ring all of day.breakfast is good and almost clean.in apartment u have all facilities.washing machine microwave tea maker and oven.we were there 7 people. But this location is really best place to go every where.

I am here for the world cup, with my parents who are 70 and 78 years old, agency booked this hotel for us for 4 nights, confirming that rooms would be on the ground floor as we asked before, now, very very small rooms are one in the first floor, second room in the third floor, no double room for my parents, reception and breakfast in the second floor so my parents are really hardly going up and down, since we have arrived we have no warm water so we couldn't get shower, bathroom is terribly small that there is not enough space between the wc and the shower to sit on the wc, no fridge, nothing as soup or shampoo or water in the rooms, No help for the baggages to the floors... I asked them several times that accept the refund as they see themselves the situation of my parents the lady on the front desk herself says that with this situation my parents really can't stay here but no one accept our refund although I asked we stay 2 nights from 4, and although it's world cup and they have lots of customers. I'm really sorry that I chose here where they don't care at all for their customers while they see the situation themselves.
