Nevsky Hotel Grand

Don't check in at all! We booked these apartments a month and a half in advance- we drove from Gelendzhik to Peter- arrived around 12:00 a.m., they tried to move us into this room, although we booked improved, and it's not even economy, it's kind of a dorm room from where the photo is unknown- doesn't really match the photo from the word at all, not even close. When asked to change rooms, they said no to others why they moved into the wrong room for which we couldn't answer. After almost 2 days on the road we did not meet, stood for an hour arguing that either take this room or leave, they do not want to make a refund, and also claim that we spent the night in this room, although we gave the keys and left for another hotel. Disgusting attitude towards tourists, has not met this attitude in a long time. Don't take these apartments for any money, not even free

Frustration, don't treat your guests like that... It's a shame the hotel isn't responsible for its joints. There was no contact, no one on the counter. It's very difficult or impossible to reach. If they ignore it so much, print what kind of people they are.

Repair is needed: walls, curtains, old furniture, floors, sewerage - everything requires repair. It's not worth the money you put into something empty. Disappointment. There used to be a hotel with a beautiful reception desk, made in an old style, and attentive staff. Now it is turning into a hostel served by rude young people, barely older than school age.
