When choosing a hotel, we were attracted by the location and appearance. Stayed from October 30 to November 2, 2023. The hotel is in a beautiful old house with stucco and mosaic floors. Very atmospheric. Clean and comfortable. But there were things that clearly marred our stay. This boorish, very rude attitude on the part of the staff (a woman who works at the hotel that day and is responsible for order) gave the impression that we came to stay in this hotel for free and no one was waiting for us here. She spoke rudely to the children, rudely kicked them out from the table in the common kitchen, pointedly threw dishes into the sink while the children were eating at the table. Waving a rag. All this really spoiled the mood. I don’t recommend it!!!!!!
