The hotel is not worth its money from the word "at all". Let's start with the service: it's just not there. You shouldn't call a hotel a four-star if you can't find staff who at least welcomed guests. I'm already silent for any help if necessary. Room cleaning is a separate quest. Of the 5 days my husband and I stayed at the hotel, the maid came twice, at 5:00 p.m. I'll note that every day between 10:00 and 17:00 we were out of the room. When I asked to come in an hour later, the maid was taunting me, explaining that her day was ending and our room was the last one she hadn't removed. But it's clearly not a guest problem. Breakfast: very scarce choice. No promised red caviar. The egg station is a decent omelette, nothing else is credible. We had an early check-out and asked for breakfast with us (lunch box). Just so you know, it's one sandwich to choose from, three marshmallows and cookies. It seems that this “wealth” of its money is definitely not worth it. Room: tired, not matching the photos at the time of booking. Mouldy bathtub, torn laundry. She asked for a change, never did. Conclusion: if you're used to normal service, friendly staff and delicious variety of breakfasts - you're definitely not here. In St. Petersburg a huge selection of hotels in the same category and price segment (even cheaper) with much better service.

For some reason, I hadn't chosen a hotel for myself before, and I really regretted it. First of all, the perfect location, directly opposite Shopping Center Gallery, which means 5 minutes to Moscow Station. Very cozy rooms, clean. The room has everything you need, the only thing worth updating is a hairdryer. Unfortunately, this little hair dryer barely works, it's almost impossible to dry your hair. The hotel has a spa, breakfast is not included, but I in St. Petersburg never book hotels with breakfast, as there are so many places where you can eat deliciously. Anyway, I'll definitely go back to the hotel, since I come to St. Petersburg quite often

We have enjoyed our stay at this hotel. From Reception to In Room Dining and Housekeeping everyone was helpful. Room product nicely maintained. Special thanks to Nick who has been very helpful prior and during our stay.
