Relaxed with family at the 122 Nevsky Bank Hotel. Very pleased to have chosen it😍 From the long road very tired, as there was an early flight and time difference. I liked the smiley administrators who told us everything concisely and comprehensibly. As soon as we went to the room, the girls who create comfort and cleanliness came to meet us, they kindly said hello to us and smiled. Towels were changed daily in the room, toothbrushes and shower gel were added as necessary. The room had everything besides towels, bathrobes, slippers, TV, even a safe and most importantly in the hot weather we were saved by air conditioning, the water cooler was standing in the hallway. Since we had breakfast off, in the morning we went to a restaurant where there was a buffet and I want to say that the food here is delicious, the staff always had time to clean the tables, bring appliances and replenish the food if they ran out. Managers were always saying hello, good day. We would like to thank all the hotel staff for their excellent vacation, thank you for your comfort and relaxation. We wish you continued prosperity and good, understanding guests❤️

Beautiful location. Breakfast is decent. Clear. The room is small but cozy. No elevator, but luggage's no problem, even at 5.30am.

Separately excellent, vacationing with her daughter. We were on the third floor in a windowless room. The ventilation is good, but the window was psychologically lacking. The bathroom was big and comfortable for that. The room has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. Sockets are enough. The cooler is flowing in the hallway, the water is delicious. Cleaning every day. The cafe is beautiful, all for a good breakfast. Dinner on deposit. Very convenient, delicious. At reception, they treated them to morse and cookies. The most important thing is the train and subway are 2 steps away. Very nice bonus, you can leave your suitcase in the hotel storage room!!! Thank you very much. We'd love to come back.
