first checked into a room not the one they had booked, then barely proved that the other, the benefit of the printout was, the girls at the reception were friendly and helped to deal with the situation, then after 9.00 p.m. there is nowhere to eat breakfast there, not enough breakfast is terrible, there is no choice, one omelette and sausages (ate them for a long time))) salads that were not possible to eat, fruit only oranges and watermelons, desserts and unclear buns not of first freshness, security at the hotel seen once at the post

It is not the first time they stayed in this hotel (5 years, several times a year). Satisfies location, condition of rooms and price of stay. We tried different room options: two-bedroom, three-bedroom, standard, suite, junior suite, and single. But most often we choose a junior suite: spacious and cozy, with a large bed and a sofa, there is everything you need. On the floor there is a cooler with cold and hot water (there is a kettle in the three-room suite). We always had breakfast buffets, but this time the breakfasts really disappointed us. And although for us the most important thing for breakfast is a cup of coffee, this time too there was a failure (large queues for the coffee machine - although this was not rare before), only one option - a small Americano and not very tasty (there were times that cappuccino could be poured). The number of meal options is markedly reduced even compared to the spring (in May we were satisfied with everything except coffee), finished meals are not replenished in a timely manner. So, for example, I never got two breakfasts for fresh pickles, and my husband twice, standing in line for coffee, never waited to replenish simple pancakes (there used to be pancakes, and they tasted much better) and took an omelet. There was no option for pancakes to take honey, just jam. Breakfast used to be four, now it's two plus. We are very "little" , for 1200 for breakfast not even the two of us eat, besides after breakfast we went to the first floor to the bar and bought a cappuccino (it is very good there!). Next time we'll choose the same hotel, but no more breakfast. I note that in Petreburg were not only in Russia, but every time I want to return here.
