You can only stay in a suite with water views. The other rooms are very small and unsightly. Service to 3. At the reception, the girls are even more or less, but in the evening around 23... You can't ask for a fork, not a plate, not ice. Naturally, you can't eat anywhere either. Nowhere and nothing, as they say. I don't recommend the hotel. Treating you not as guests who paid money, but as if you were visiting someone. Not recommended.

March 2024. Unfortunately, the hotel does not qualify for 4 stars. Beautiful view from the window of the Junior New room. The location is good, forest, river and mountains. Fresh air. Friendly and polite staff. Personal thanks to everyone for their hospitality. I liked the room. Furnishings, layout. Slightly tired interior elements - chips on the walls, a loose stop for the front door, a strange decision in the bathroom to make a wall without tiles. It doesn't look nice. The bathroom does not have heated floors or a heated towel rail. There is simply nowhere to hang wet towels. I had to hang it on the shower. The room is warm, but the bathroom is very cold. Splashes from the shower lightly fly into the center of the bathroom. The toilet is at the height for a child aged 5-7, and the magnifying mirror is at the height for a basketball player. To put it mildly, I was very surprised by such an arrangement of elements as for a small giraffe. There is no air freshener provided. I had to buy it and leave it there. There is a minibar. Special like for water Baikal 430 :) The hotel has bedbugs, which clearly spoiled the overall impression. The very fact of their presence is not encouraging. Well, my personal inconsistencies with hotels are the pillows. They are great, big and soft, but on the second night my neck and head hurt. As a result, I went to Park House and bought a good orthopedic pillow from Askona. As a wish for the hotel to acquire such pillows and hang electric heated towel rails in the bathroom units. Well, at least there are hooks for towels. The hook costs a penny. I have ordered lunch and dinner from the restaurant several times. Everything is delicious and beautifully served. The only thing that didn't fit was the borscht in the glass. Once they brought it in a plate, but at a personal request. I understand that it’s a little difficult to carry from the street, but at least then you should put a separate empty plate in your room for first courses. The breakfast buffet is very modest. There is a desire to come in the summer. Hopefully something will change by then.

The hotel is located in a spectacular location, next to the Volga. We ordered a Junior Suite and they gave us a standard one. Already inattentive! The room is clean, in general it was enough for us, but the bathroom is very small. The room had everything - bathrobes, slippers and toothbrushes. Free water and tea are offered. Not a bad breakfast. We were accommodated on the 2nd floor, and there is a banquet hall here, so the banquet took place there, the music was blaring accordingly, there was no peace until 23. It is necessary to warn about such a neighborhood in advance.
