We had a business seminar in the conference room, great screen. I would like to thank Igor in particular for his help in organizing the event, it is immediately evident that the person very much loves his work. Igor came long before the event, helped with questions about the room, and also tried to somehow lighten the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the young girl at the reception. Igor was in the room throughout the seminar and helped with all the technical aspects, brought out a very beautiful screen saver using the company logos. Thank you so much for taking such a caring approach!

Shame and shame hotel staff not grams of conscience steal funds as best they can I've been texting and calling so many times, not a gram of shame, not a gram of respect for a client. I just didn't understand where such unscrupulous people came from. I haven't found out who's right or who's stealing other people's money in two days.

Once upon a time the hotel was super, but time passes and you have to "keep the stamp." But it doesn't work... Pros include restaurant, parking and location. On the downside are tired rooms, pettiness and mistrust (asking for a pen and scissors), as well as strange reactions to tourists' opinions...
