"Fine for non-existent smoking. Be prepared for charges after departure” Evaluation: 1/10 I chose this hotel for a long time because of the good photos, but the vacation was ruined at the very last minute. I want to warn everyone: here you can be "assigned" smoking in your room after you have moved out, even if you do not have this habit at all. After we were discharged, we left quietly, but a couple of hours later the receptionist called me and told me that there was a “persistent smell of tobacco” in the room. The fact is, we are a non-smoking family, we have no cigarettes, no lighters, no electronics. Inside the room we were only at night, opening windows for airing (which was apparently considered the "effects of smoking"). Demands for a fine (as I was told, according to hotel rules) came lightning fast, but no proof — neither a photo nor a certificate signed on our behalf — was provided. It became "the word of the security service against the word of the guest". It feels like it's just a way to get extra fees from tourists who are already in a hurry to catch a plane or train and can't come back to deal with it. Very nasty draught. Instead of fond memories of the trip, it felt like you were being tricked. If you value your nerves and reputation, either bring the registrar with you when checking in or choose another location. I'm not coming here again.

Once again, I came to my favorite city, Stavropol, for the weekend. Out of habit, he stayed at the Eurohotel. The room was booked two weeks in advance .All my wishes at the time of booking were taken into account .For which thank you very much! The accommodation staff are very friendly and attentive. The young man was a trainee, but he worked very professionally. Detailed the services that the hotel provides. Checkout is very quick. Premium suite prepared on the 8th floor. The room is spacious, very clean and cozy. Nice bed. Good heating and air conditioning system. It's all thought through to the nitty-gritty. Good makeup. Breakfast buffet. I stay at the hotel a lot and have written about the shortcomings of the restaurant. Glad his work got noticed. It was delicious. Quality products, enough variety. Enjoyed the delicious compote,it's better than the juice from the bags. Coffee, great as ever. Thank you very much for the hotel management's consideration of the guests' wishes.

Parking spaces are scarce. Room service is poor, contacting customer service to get towels replaced. The plumbing is worn out and the hoses in the showers are leaking. The power fuse outside the room is humming, sleeping impossible. Not recommended.
