A very conflicting impression of the hotel. The first impression is positive: city center, convenient location, on the first day friendly staff at the reception, nice breakfast, clean rooms. Then the dark side begins to emerge: the phone in the room is not working, you had to call on your mobile to find out how to eat in the hotel, the menu in the room is not available, as it turned out only in mobile form. I was terribly uncomfortable that there was a glass door in the bathroom and a lighted mirror, sleeping with lights was uncomfortable. The maids in the morning do not limit themselves in communication+the rumble of the transported carts, in short not bored. I stayed at the hotel for business, the hall itself is good, but the IT support is terrifying, on the first day of enough status IT event the specialist could not consistently put the presentation on the screen - everything twitched and flashed, saying that we have poor quality machinery. Eventually, until they rolled in and he attached other wires, only then did everything become stable to show. My colleague was never able to receive the accounting documents in a timely manner, despite the letters, calls and warnings written in advance by the receptionists in person. Thank God I at least got the documents. It should also be taken into account that hotel guests who want to swell up and behave very quietly, the hotel will not be stopped. You'll have to endure that. In the morning, if you live on the 3rd floor and on the unfortunate side, you will listen with joy and wonder to the rumblings of a garbage truck. I think of such pleasant surprises at least need to be warned when checking into a room.

Very conveniently located hotel, city center, fine breakfasts (buffet) Nearby there is everything you need, a large shopping mall, 24-hour supermarkets, public transport and subway stops. The Vienna Cafe also has a delicious menu. Very polite and sympathetic staff, help with the check-in, inform. Guarded parking is also conveniently located, which is absolutely free for guests. Rooms are freshly renovated. I really enjoyed it here.
