In November, we booked and partially paid for New Year's Eve (hotel accommodation and New Year's banquet) for 2 people. We paid the remaining amount within a week. On December 30 after 17-00 they will inform us that we will be seated at a table with strangers. We didn’t like this idea, so we still asked to organize a separate table for us. At 21-00 we agreed that they would do everything for us. On New Year's Eve it turned out that they didn't do anything and we had to sit where they decided or you don't have to celebrate this New Year here. On December 31 at 22-30 we left this establishment. Don't set foot there again! And I do not recommend this establishment to everyone!

On November 3, 2023, we held a wedding at the Palais Royal restaurant. Everything was clear, tasty, friendly. As a gift from the restaurant we received a hotel room with breakfast, nice! We were pleased with the restaurant and the hotel in general. Beautiful interior, convenient entrance, decent room and really delicious cuisine! Second day in Chapaevskie baths, convenient. The restaurant staff is very friendly. On weekdays, business lunches are very decent.

Great place, peace, quiet and tranquility. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is up to standard. Polite staff, excellent restaurant, reasonable prices and delicious food. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to visit and evaluate the SPA services, but next time we will definitely do it.
