We are regular guests of the hotel. But really, as many people have written, the service gets worse every time. Celebrating the new year at your place. All in all, it's gone. No complaints by New Year's Eve itself. To accommodation also no - nice room (was suite 531); Atmosphere on the 1st floor (beautiful tree, violin, welcome drinks) New Year's table, everything is delicious, beautiful. The waiter was wonderful (restaurant on the 1st floor, table 6). Host Anton Biankin left only positive impressions. But then there are the downsides; January 1 late breakfast "with sparkling" until 1 p.m. - good idea, realization for three (have you ever seen a champagne glass given a coupon? 😂 but in ramada burned. It was the coupon given at the entrance, which you can exchange at a separate counter for a third of a glass of champagne). At breakfast, the children's attention is drawn to a huge jar of nutella -- in fact, it's a hoax -- inside a cheap paste with a lot of chemistry in it. Very disappointing, why fool the kids? The spa is already an undeniable plus. But. Cons: dirty in pools and saunas, tiles fell off, walls in pools sticky. After the spa, two kids and one adult have atopic skin, it's itchy, everyone went to the dermatologist. The cinema in the spa is a good idea, the realisation on the three is an image, no sound. Hamam really smells like rotten rags. Chief, I'm not afraid of that phrase, the shame of ramada is the vitamin bar at the spa. A branch of hell among bars. Long time. Expensive. It doesn't matter. How many times it's been there-- so many times the same impression. This was the last time. The bar's staff: the two Alyons, Anna, Maximus - are equally indifferent to the guests. Especially Maxime and Alena with the kare. Every look shows they hate anyone who comes up to order. They're constantly out of place, waiting 40 minutes for food/drink. The cocktails are all chemical syrups. There's a good thing about the spa, I'd say the best thing you have there is the soul of this place's administrator, Margarita. She's very grateful. Kids' room - chargeable. 200p per child. Hotel 5*? Okay, let's pay, then why is she so dirty and poor? This paragraph is like a hotel 2* not 5* The children's program at Neva Hall. For what was realized the price is exactly overstated. Many children were bored and gradually separated from their parents. Very modest program, almost no atmosphere, games and toys. Minimum. The children were given gifts at the end of the evening, and those children who left earlier were not even informed. If we hadn't accidentally found out and asked at reception, no one would have said. Rumservice - very long, expensive, quite acceptable to taste. There's really never anyone in the bars on the first and second floors. Not in the morning to buy coffee, not in the evening. Empty counters. Spent 225,000 in the hotel over 4 nights. I think the price/quality is not consistent. It's a case where in high season the price goes up and the quality goes down. Paying such amounts you want to get quality service that will match the hotel 5* Oh, well, yeah, the administration's feedback doesn't matter. Duty answers. Zero decisions. From the group of VC reviews are removed altogether, this I consider total indifference and disrespect to guests. It's like it's all a little thing. But when there are so many, it leaves a negative impression on the organization as a whole. The feeling that management would like to create a truly quality product, but indifferent staff without motivation spoils many points. This is especially felt on holidays that you want to spend well. That's the kind of mixed opinion you got after the New Year's weekend at your hotel.

Dogs on the property, a small bottle of water and darkness in the bathhouse... creepy! Question: Is it worth driving for such stresses and to drink tea with tap water? Not recommended.

For starters, when I called and tried to make an appointment at the spa, no one answered the phone. After dialing in, we picked a $13,000 program for two, a Thai massage. Our driver wasn't allowed under the barrier by a security guard, lying that we could walk. We showed up and Elena's girlfriend didn't dabble in who we were or why we came. When I explained that we're not tenants, she gave us tenant bracelets for some reason. Before the massage, we ate at the bar, where the payment is fixed on the bracelet and you have to pay before leaving. The appointment was for 21:05, we waited until 21:20 respectively the massage finished with a delay of 23:00 when the spa is already closed. to the massage no questions, regular massage. But what happened next, I don't know how to comment. I was changing in the locker room and Elena came by to ask me if we had paid for the bar. I said I bought it with my husband's bracelet. And NOTICE, at this point my husband was showering after the massage and some guy came into his shower and said I had to PAY. I only have one question, are you sick or yes?!! well, like he had to go naked and soapy to the reception and pay or what???? There are simply no words from this inadequacy and collective farming. Thank you for the unforgettable experience, perhaps you will become the first spa with a payment terminal in the showers 🤦🏼‍’•️
