We made the foolish decision to spent a night there in mid-August. What a sickening experience! The building is drab, the rooms are run-down, the sagging mattresses plead for replacement, the carpeting and furniture are dirt-stained allover—wherever one goes! To add insult to injury, the staff is sulky, unhelpful, and, I'd say, treacherous, while their breakfast is a disaster. They make espresso out of instant coffee, for example—if they have one! And all this crap avalanches upon your head in a four-star hotel, as they pretend they are! Check the photos taken by its guests—seeing is believing. No, no, no; not a second time. Give it a miss!

My wife and her friend and I had the folly of staying with them in mid-July for three nights. It's a pity you paid for your accommodation when you checked in (how else, though?), or they would have moved out after the first night. At any rate, we took our reservation from them on the way back from Moscow to Tobolsk without hesitation. It's heartbreaking, not a business hotel, and the real price is a nickel a ton. I myself have worked for many years at large private companies and I simply cannot imagine a businessman choosing SUCH slack for any type of his time (unless in a sudden cloud of reason, as happened to me when booking). In general, the establishment is at a stage of deep rot - from the building to the staff. Drought is ubiquitous: palaces, furniture, walls, doors, even windowsills (see attached photos). A mattress with bedsores, the room did not have what coffee machines, but even a kettle (not to mention coffee tea facilities). The door of the built-in closet was broken (reception was called - fixed), the bathrobes were missing (reception was called - brought), the decorative panel above the table by the TV was walking (reception was called - not fixed), the water in the cooler in the hallway was not available during our stay (reception was called three times - figwam, only empty promises). Anyway, it seemed like we weren't staying in a hotel, but in a telephone substation. The staff don't even say hello, not even smile: stone dull faces, including murky ladies at the reception. They had no map of the city ("Why did they? The Internet is there!"). One clear phenomenon: the welcoming, hospitable Rita in their semi-subterranean dining room (not a restaurant once!), and she disappeared the next day. They were also good at scrambled eggs. But coffee they "cook" from instant:)) Anyway, stay away from this "business hotel." And to call him a four-star is not to respect yourself. (One point added for Rita. Another for eggs.)

We rented a Luxury for 3 days. In the bathroom, when you wash your face, rusty water drips from the ceiling onto your head! There are 2 TVs in the room, but you can’t watch either one because there are no remote controls! The air conditioners are old, their remote controls are also not original, so half of the functions (such as curtains, quiet mode) do not work. At the reception they promised to fix it, but in 3 days they did nothing! I don't recommend it!
