Booked at the last minute, so there was little choice in Kazan. Needed 2 nights in 3***, free secure parking, a stitched breakfast table and proximity to either the center or the Tatneft arena. Sadly, they didn't find it by location. Zku too. Decided to book 2** with room 2x room comfort. In principle, such rooms in Bulgar reach to rooms in very average 3K. There is no chic, there is no bottled water, there is no kettle or tea station (were ready - we took our own), there are no bathrobes either. There are only 1 chair, coffee and writing tables, a sofa, 2 beds, 2 small TV panels, a relatively roomy fridge, disposable slippers, and carpeting. Naturally, your own s/o with a shower and wash set.. For want of better, we were fine with it. Friends rented a two-room standard. Same thing, except without the 3-D paintings on the walls. There and there are clean, neat and acceptable. But no more. That's probably why 2**. There's a fire exit on all floors down the hall. There, as in many high-rise hotels, you can smoke in private, without going under the cameras. Also counting. Free outdoor parking under the camera at the entrance. There's room. Breakfast is pretty good even for 3***. For 2Ks, you can call them just great. The only thing that surprised me was one schedule for both weekdays and weekends from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. About location. Nearby Magnet, stop, budget cafeteria. The center and the Tatneft arena are about 3-3.5 km away. Taxis in the area of 300 r. Drove hockey in their car - parked free of charge at Lehman Pro. Conclusions: the hotel will suit unassuming tourists with its kettle or boiling water for a short stay in Kazan under conditions of no choice and a positive attitude. Especially since Loko didn't let it down! We are champions again!!

From the budget hotels chose Hotel Bulgar and did not regret. Yes, the hotel is not in the centre, but I do not consider this a problem, as you can take the bus 1 route to the centre, which runs every 10 minutes. The toilet and shower room were separate, with 2 rooms. Never crossed paths with his roommates. The hotel's Internet is working perfectly. Breakfast from 7 to 10. For a category 2 star hotel, breakfasts are chic. If I am still in Kazan, I will stay in this hotel again unequivocally!

I didn't like anything at all! What a miserable, completely broken hotel! Wallpaper, tiles, quality of repairs, curtains, locks, doors - absolutely everything, tired! Everything is on snot, tape and paper clips! There are no questions about the work of the staff! There will be a few comments only about the canteen, but a little lower! There was one plus for me - a bath! But even here it’s a disappointment! The water ran barely, yellow and smelly! Curtains are just space! There are no other words! Elevator 👎 Eatery! This is a completely different story! A place for a snack, it's easier to call it! Restaurant is one thing 😂 they call it! The buffet is the level of a roadside cafe! I initially read the comments, but I don’t know that anyone could even like anything there! But this is something! Everything that you would find in some campsite - from simple salads to cheap boiled sausages! I won’t go into detail, for such a price 400 rubles. This is normal! The lady who works there was very annoying! She pulled out plates from under her nose, from under the food she had just eaten, was constantly in a hurry somewhere and periodically expressed dissatisfaction to visitors, including me, that this was not a cafe, there was nothing to sit here (although this happened during the allotted time for the buffet!) and there were many free tables, that is, by and large, I did not cause any harm to anyone by sitting there! Well, I want to drink a couple of cups of coffee at short intervals! And don’t pour it into yourself, faster, faster, as if I were running a relay race! She said this: there’s a buffet here for you, eat and leave, why sit here! It's just something! Why not? Well, right? I see no obstacles! The second day the menu was the same and everything looked as if it was not the first day of this! There are no separations! Everything is on a tiny plate, if you wanted to report something else, having eaten what was already laid out earlier, I think you will again encounter troubles in the form of your aunt’s bad mood! All in all! For children and students, this place can still work in some way! But for older people, I advise you to think! For the same price you can find better conditions! I will never go here a second time! I will never recommend this eatery to my friends! I'll just talk you out of it! There was a residue from breakfast and some kind of disgusting aftertaste! You feel like you are somewhere in some kind of kgt or a poor little family! Absolutely the whole atmosphere gives this feeling! This hall, the surroundings, the elevator, the room - it still makes me cringe! But at least I gained experience, now I know how it happens! That's all I wanted to say!
