Breakfast tables can't be cleaned. Room windows are very dirty. The door to the toilet opens inwards and goes down the toilet. The towel dryer is not hot. Toilets don't smell fresh. I'm not talking about the minimum service: help with luggage at check-in and check-out. But the worst part is the sulking in the rooms. All the complaints at first, they said they would be corrected. Didn't say a word that air conditioning didn't work in the entire hotel. It didn't come out until the evening of the next day. At the same time, windows do not open even for ventilation. The “chief engineer”, who hardly speaks Russian and genuinely believes that the temperature in the rooms is cool. Something the engineer ended up doing: cool air started coming out of the air conditioning system, but with so little pressure that before it could reach the floor, it was heating up. It didn't help.
