Park Inn Kazan

We got to the hotel because our plane didn't leave Kazan for Istanbul. The hotel experience is the most beautiful! The hotel staff assisted in any question that arose (at the reception and in the restaurant) were very pleased at the restaurant with a guy named Arthur! Turned out on March 8th at breakfast and felt that all the men in his person were wishing on a happy holiday! Thank you so much for your welcome and understanding of the moment! After the hotel became Cosmos it became more difficult with the upgrade to our favorite suite. This time we were lucky and the matter was resolved positively. In the future, we'll stop if there are free upgrade options. I recommend it.

Very confortable hotel, great service and food (you should defintely try the red meat!), very helpful and friendly staff. Great location in the city center, that allows you to walk to Kazan historical and cultural sites. Tatar people are very welcoming and friendly, almways eager to help in case you are lost or need someting specific.
