The hotel is a complete disappointment for its money. No soundproofing: half the night they were enjoying other people's music and loud moans from the next room. Air conditioning's down. Hot and cold water on mixer mixed up, shower holder broken. The owner, instead of fixing this squabble, responds to the feedback in the Maps with his "audacious" jokes. It looks pathetic, stupid and very childish. I read in the reviews of the other guests about the fight and Muscovite. Instead of resenting Muscovites, better raise the service and comfort to the level of Moscow. Don't have a confrontation at the hotel) I strongly recommend against it. Get around this place, there are plenty of cooler, modern and better places in Kazan!

We stay at the TatarInn Hotel every time we arrive on business trip to Kazan, the most successful location in the city, in the center of the historical part of the city, all the sights nearby, feel at home! Very quiet and cozy place, opposite Lake Boar, promenade in general everything to have a nice time after a hard day of work, very friendly staff, especially I want to mention the reception and manager, always check in on readiness rooms without extra charge, which is very important for me on business trip! They give you free drinks, 🔥 well done! Breakfasts of choice 4 grand according to me, for regular guests late check-out free, in general if in Kazan it is only in TatarInn, thank you very much

Good morning. Were in Kazan from August 16 to 22. Staying at the Tatar Inn. I liked it all. Comfortable location. Shops, restaurants, museums. Everyone's here. Beautiful view of Lake Boar. Good service. Delicious breakfasts. Thank you very much to the hotel for a great holiday.
