Timothy Beach Resort

I would like to extend genuine compliment to front desk manager, Mr. Virgil and housekeeping staff, Ms. Sunita at the Timmothy Beach. Mr. Virgil, was the very first staff I came in contact with upon my arrival. He was professional, yet friendly, engaging and very patient, considering I had a little difficulty checking in with my card. Due to the fact that there was an event during my check in, my wait may have been longer to get to my room; but Mr. Virgil didn’t let me wait, he , himself took my bags to my room. I want to say placing Mr. Virgil at the front desk was a wise decision as well as the other front desk staff I came in contact with. They all made me feel welcome. Another important part of my stay was my interaction with Ms. Sunita, the housekeeping staff member; I met Ms. Sunita when she was assigned to clean my room after I shared with management that my room had apparently not been cleaned when i arrived. Ms. Sunita is the most pleasant, professional and soft spoken individual. She was friendly and professional. Ms. Sunita cleaned my room from top to bottom, ensuring that I had a pleasant stay at your facility. I never had to ask for a clean towel or tissue; she ensured my room had what a standard room should have. She did not skip corners; she was most diligent and paid attention to details. Ms. Sunita and Mr. Virgil are the face of your establishment; they represented Timmothy Beach Hotel in a most positive light; overall, my stay was most pleasant due to these individuals. Thank you so very much Ms. Sunita and Mr. Virgil for making my stay here a positive one. They definitely deserve a raise!!

2nd time at this hotel, came June 2025 & returned June 2026. This hotel in my opinion is the best located hotel on St Kitts, right on Frigate bay beach & literally steps away fron 'the strip' where you have many bars & restaurants. What makes this hotel is its friendly staff from reception to housekeeping to maintenance/ ground keeping. Special shout out to Craig who sorts beach chairs for you, always friendly & chatty, to Sinitra who is on housekeeping,always a smiling face & will always stop to chat. Hotel has everything to meet your needs from nice rooms with balconies or terraces to a small pool & lovely kept grounds. Yes there are probably nicer hotels on St Kitts & Nevis ,but what makes Timothy beach resort stand out from the rest is its friendly staff & atmosphere. Is fast becoming our go to place. I have been staying at the Timothy Beach hotel since 23rd June. I enjoy waking early and watching the area come alive with people swimming walking running and just sitting. Whilst observing all i have also observed the Hotel worker Craig who during this same time you may or may not notice that he is quietly getting the sun-beds out digging the sand for the umbrellas and placing padding on every sun-bed everyday. What would notice is of they were not there ! At the end of the day again whist going about your own day you may again miss the sane crag collect and put all the beds cushions umbrellas away leaving the area spotless Craig is clearly a real asset to your hotel and a valued member of your staff. He should be recognised for all he does in his professional articulate polite manner. Well done Craig
