Sugar Bay Club

I stay every February. The location is great and the staff is awesome. The sunrises are the best way to start the day.

I was a bit disappointed. Firstly because I was at the back of the complex and upstairs. It took me a while to work out my route back to the front desk. There was no signs directing you to the office. The room itself was okay although again I was disappointed as I had no cooking facilities. When I looked across to the room opposite from me I could see that there had more amenities. I had to ask the receptionist if my sheets could be changed as they had not been changed for two days. Some of the other quests were quick noisey, slamming the doors and shouting late at night Overall, once I was able to find my way from my room to the office. It was quite comfortable. The staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant. I would stay there again, but I would ask for a room closer to reception area. It's a big complex and could be quite daunting to a single person. Apparently, I requested an Ocean View which is why I was at the back of the complex.

We recently stayed at Sugar Bay Club Suites & Hotel with a large group, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The hotel is in a prime location, centrally positioned with several eating places and a supermarket within walking distance, and it is also close to the beach. This made it very convenient for our stay. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and being right by the sea gives the property a true island feel. The constant ocean breeze keeps the environment cool and refreshing throughout the day, creating a very relaxed and comfortable setting. The rooms offered a variety of options, and our favorites were the ocean view rooms. Some rooms are equipped with added amenities such as a fridge and stovetop, which is ideal for guests who may wish to prepare their own meals. Where these were not available, rooms still included a mini fridge, microwave, and kettle, which were very useful. A few rooms also feature a balcony, providing a nice space to sit and relax. Both the rooms and the surroundings were extremely clean and well maintained, and the overall environment was quiet and peaceful, allowing for proper rest. The service stood out throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist. As we travelled with a group of secondary school students, we especially appreciated how attentive and supportive the staff were, even helping to keep a watchful eye on the students. They consistently greeted us with a smile and were quick to resolve any issues. The hotel also provides good value for the price, with amenities such as WiFi, parking, multiple pools, and a versatile space that we used for breakfast, which also functioned as a conference room and rehearsal area for our group. Overall, our stay at Sugar Bay Club Suites & Hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. The combination of location, service, and amenities made it a great choice for both group travel and individual stays, and we would definitely consider returning in the future.
