Al Aqeeq Palace Arac

I came to this hotel with my 4 month old and 5 year old. I booked looking at the pictures online and booked a king bedroom. The room was so tiny there was no space to walk and definitely no space for a baby cot. The bathroom was tiny and had a pungent smell and sockets were hanging off. When I spoke to reception to change the room they wouldn’t offer me anything bigger although there were bigger rooms in the hotel. I felt absolutely scammed as I paid a lot. The porters were very rude and did not wait for me although I had a crying baby. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Although it is close there are better closer options or other better hotels in the same proximity. The picture attached is the only walking space
