Everything was standard to perfection level. Starting from the amazing receptionist Raneem and her great support by making sure to give the best experience a travelar could wish for. Raneem is a great example of the employee who treats the customers as her guest and goes an extra mile to exceed the expectations. Then the room wich was very clean, neat, and comfortable. And the help you get from housekeeping staff in each floor. This great experience cannot be completed without the great F&B team. I connot express how a wonderful way to start your day with the service of this exceptional team. Specially Mohd. Ashraf who is paying attention to small details and keeping an eye on all of his guests. Also, Yasir Saleh who is the perfect representative of someone who is giving the Saudi hospitality. And my thanks go to Faiz who I couldn't catch his last name but I did get his support. I usually give my review at the end of my stay however exceptions are made for exceptional people!

The food is delicious and the variety is good; the staff service is excellent.

My experience was very beautiful, and the service was more than wonderful, especially the way the employee, Wissal, dealt with the reception at Accor. She was extremely polite, respectful, and professional, and very cooperative, which made our experience even more beautiful. Thank you for your excellent service, and this certainly won't be my last visit 🤍
