As a diamond member who has travelled and stayed in many Hilton hotels around the world, I have to say arriving at this Hilton was a bit disappointing as it desperately needs an upgrade especially the bathrooms. However Yazeed who had welcomed us and checked us in changed my mood with his stellar service and smile and ensuring he tried his best to make us feel comfortable. I personally didn’t like the first night but when we moved rooms the second day it was more bearable. Some front desk staff need to take tips from Yaseen and be more friendly and smile. They can come across very unwelcoming. The breakfast was good and Nadeem who served us was amazing everyday with the biggest smile and most helpful. Made our mornings. Hoping to hear and see a way better upgrade to rooms in the future that matches the groups standard. Employ more Nadeem’s and Yazeeds😊
