Madinah Marriott Hotel

Hotel is tired. Surprising Marriott doesn’t have a better property when all the other big international chains have 5 star hotels. Service lackadaisical. Had to wait 20 minutes to get bags I’d left in the morning as the porter wasn’t there and none of the other 5 people working could be bothered to take the keys and open the storage room.

I did not have a good experience at this Hotel. I trusted the name Marriot and chose this Hotel. But I was disappointed. I could not find parking for my car, despite asking for car parking before my arrival. Some hotel guests could park their cars but some of them could not. The hotel staff even did not want to explain the reason. They were very rude. The hotel was very dirty. There are better hotels in Madinah which are half price. The price should not be 100 Riyal per day for such a low quality hotel.

Visited Madina this week and stay in Marriott Madina, I can say that its very nice hotel, though the building is old, however the team has managed it well brother Mohammad Marzouk and team has managed it well. Nice breakfast specially the egg made by Mr. Ahmed on last day of stay. Shuttle service is a great help though hotel is not very far. Thank you for great experience. Will visit again
