Rating title: Good stay thanks to the excellent staff, but the breakfast and exterior appearance need to be reconsidered.
The Ibis Yanbu Hotel has been my regular and favorite destination on all my visits to the city for many years. Unfortunately, my last visit was the worst in terms of breakfast quality, which has declined significantly and is incomparable to the excellent level that was previously offered. The hotel's exterior lighting is also very dim and gives the impression at first glance that the hotel is closed, which is something that needs to be addressed.
Advantages:
The hotel's real strength lies in its human element; the reception staff are excellent and extremely cooperative, and I would like to give special praise to the restaurant employee (Ali), who was one of the best employees in terms of manners, smile, welcome, and cooperation.
Message to management:
With the current increased competition in Yanbu, I urge the hotel management to focus on restoring the quality of the breakfast to its former standard, and to pay attention to the hotel's exterior appearance and lighting to maintain its reputation.
