Very nice clean rooms with excellent service and great internet I checked in this morning and found my room ready young lady at the reception was very nice and professional

Booked and paid for 2 nights but checked in to another hotel after one night! Multiple issues: fire escapes blocked, no hot water, only one working socket in room, 20min to check in, restaurant, breakfast quality, poor maintenance, lift with failing buttons . . .
