CROM AIRPORT HOTEL

The haj terminal which you are obligated to use if you are flying out of Jeddah to Pakistan, is as primitive an airport as I have seen anywhere. There are signs to guide you. Flights are not announced. The staff is rude and hostile.

People very courteous and polite, hence 2 stars. Room dire. This is beyond the level of budget and basic and thank goodness I did not need to sleep in the room. I simply used it as somewhere to leave my luggage and then went to Arabia Mall to o work in a lovely coffee bar.

The hotel is near the airport. I was shocked It is very poorly maintained with unhygienic qualities. Service and food also not good with very limited choice of food. Would never recommend for staying any length of time unless desperate. This could have been a really nice hotel if it was properly maintained. Needs a refurbish.
