The renovated rooms are amazing staff is very welcoming They gave us the choice to stay in an old room or a renovated for a slight price difference They were very helpful in terms of housekeeping and wake up calls and city guiding

we were stayed there 2 nights after the hajj. they charged us $250.00 us dollars per night. very poor service no hot water, in two days our room never got cleaned even numerous requests have been made. request for wake up call ignored. they keep corridor dark, they have light switch you have to turned them on yourself risk of injuries are great. we have use our own soap, shampoo and towels overall very bad experience overprice and very little or no service stayaway from this hotel if u could. we could not change the hotel because we have to stay with our hajj group.
