The location is good but the service is very very very bad. To start off, when we went to reserve they showed us a perfect chalet and then we payed to get that specific chalet. The next day we went, the chalet was so bad and it looked nothing like the one we saw. Turns out they showed us the more expensive chalet and gave us the Cheaper chalet. The service is so bad. The room service is worse. They ignore the kids and treat them like they are animals. When we complained a the receptionist told us " what can I do"!!!!! Our villa is very far from the restaurants and everything so we requested a golf car. We called 3 times and each time the guy tells us after five minutes it will come. The waiters in the restaurant swear at every customer who orders room service and my brother heard one of them.
Also today we were at the cafe( which also has very bad service ) and on the way to our chalet we went to the reception to request them to call a golf car to pick us up, my brother went to ask them to get us a golf cart, a guy called Mahmoud was there and when my brother asked him to get one he told him specifically " do you see I have golf carts here?!" In a very rude way. When we went to ask him why did he talk in a rude manner he kept on changing the subject and he said that what he did was nothing. It's a very bad service and the problem it's not cheap and it's a known hotel. We are also thinking of moving we were supposed to stay till Sunday but because of the bad service we are thinking of moving
