The service and reception were outstanding, reflecting genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and impeccable quality. A truly refined experience that I highly recommend, and I look forward to returning soon.

I frequently went to the coffee lounge al shurfa for coffee and to work - the coffees and food were great but the best thing was the service, with Pricilla being incredibly friendly and accomodating. 5 OUT OF 5 STARS.

I had a lovely time at the Waldorf Spa. I have enjoyed a wonderful massage there, Hersey did an excellent job. Thanks a lot!
