We had a disappointing experience with the lady at the reception due to her attitude and unclear communication. Our reservation did not clearly mention that breakfast would not be included or allowed with early check-in. After initially telling us that we could go for breakfast, she later denied it in front of the restaurant staff in an unpleasant manner, which made the situation embarrassing and uncomfortable. The hotel should clearly state in advance that breakfast is not included for early check-in guests to avoid misunderstanding. My reservation was for three adults, and I paid the rate for three guests. However, on the first night, we were initially given a room that was set up for only two people, with two proper twin beds and a small added bed. The added bed did not have a proper bed quilt, and the room supplies, including coffee, tea, toothbrushes, cups, water, and towels, were provided for only two guests. I had to contact the hotel and request proper arrangements for the third guest, even though the reservation clearly showed three adults. The hotel later moved us to another room, which we appreciate, but the first night was not provided as booked. I also requested a refund or adjustment for the fare difference between a two-adult room and a three-adult room for the first night, but I have not received a response yet. I appreciate the staff’s later efforts to resolve the issue, but the initial room setup caused inconvenience and did not match the reservation or the rate paid.

Superb hotel, excellent amenities, next to Haram and awesome food. We had breakfast and dinner buffet, we really enjoyed the food and my family loved it all. Special thanks to chef El-Housseiny and Mr. Majed including all staff who took care of us very well. Highly recommended.

Eating here is really satisfying. The food came in fairly fast, served warm, and tasted delicious with a matching spice. The portion is also soothing and comparable to the price paid. The place is clean, comfortable, and suitable for dining with family and friends. The service is friendly and helpful when needed. Overall the dining experience here is very enjoyable and will definitely come back again to try another menu.
