Design Hotel Mr. President

Hotel decoration of dubious taste. However, it is close to the historic center of Belgrade, comfortable rooms. Low-quality breakfast. The service at the restaurant was the highlight of the hotel. An extremely kind Indian. I think it's called Allm.

The hotel is quite run-down and old. They probably expect us to shower with something somewhere between shampoo and liquid soap in the rooms. While resting during the day, I experienced a disaster: someone entered my room without permission. My wife and I became very uneasy and felt insecure. We also had to climb a steep hill to reach Republic Square. I definitely don't recommend it.

Great location, everywhere is walkable and bus stops are just outside hotel. Staff friendly and helpful and breakfast is an added bonus. Room was never cleaned, the towels were changed and on the first night the bed was made but not on the subsequent nights that followed. Shower would not drain, and there was no door. So the floor was soaked and you found yourself standing in 4 inches of water when having a shower. There is a mini bar in the room, but no bottle opener provided to be able to open the drinks.
