Castello Beach Hotel

We were very satisfied and can highly recommend the hotel, the suites, the food, and the super friendly staff.

I am reviewing the restaurant of this hotel as we only came here to eat and did not stay here. Negative experience: we went for lunch after 12, waited over an hour to eat fried rice and a piece of meat with two vegetables. No one apologized for the long wait; there were only 3 occupied tables. The meat was supposed to be 300 grams but was actually less, accompanied by a very meager side of two broccoli and mashed potatoes. The seafood in the fried rice was not fresh. Paid an outrageous amount, over 1200 rupees. A theft!! I absolutely do not recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at the Castell Beach Hotel in the Seychelles and can only highly recommend it! Here are the points that made our vacation so special: Outstanding service: The entire staff is incredibly friendly, very attentive, and absolutely accommodating. A real highlight: They truly take care of every concern. When we needed super glue once, it was provided for us the very next day. All questions and requests are addressed immediately! Culinary: The food was simply excellent, beautifully presented, and of top-notch flavor. Wellness & Relaxation: The offered massage was absolutely outstanding and deeply relaxing – a must for every guest! The Rooms: Our hotel rooms were very spacious and perfectly equipped. Thanks to the air conditioning and additional ceiling fans, it was always pleasantly cool. Facilities & Location: The pool and beach areas are extremely well-maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Conclusion: A beautiful hotel with heart, where the guest is absolutely the focus. We will definitely return!
