Nice place for a short stay. The breakfast was very good! 😊 The only thing that disappointed us was the small amount of black mold in the bathroom. For a 4 star hotel, this is definitely not acceptable and should be taken care of. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay.

My stay at this hotel would have been a positive experience if it hadn’t been for what happened after I checked out. On July 9, I checked out at 8:00 AM. At around 5:30 PM the same day, I realized that I had accidentally left my sports shoes Trussardi in my room. I contacted the hotel immediately, but I was told that no shoes had been found. Since then, I have called several times asking them to check again, because I am absolutely certain I left them in the room. Every time I received the same answer: “We couldn’t find them.” It is very difficult to believe that a pair of shoes could simply disappear within a few hours after my departure. This raises serious concerns about how guests’ belongings are handled after check-out. I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled. Losing something is one thing, but receiving no real assistance or effort to investigate is another. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The location is pretty good, 10 minute walk to the main square. the hotel has a 3-level basement parking area which is convenient but NOT free for guests. the room was very clean, the bed is comfortable and to my liking. would stay again if i ever visit Bratislava again.
