Their professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to accommodate multiple last-minute changes truly stood out. Every detail was handled with care, contributing to a seamless and highly successful event for our delegates from across South Africa. The level of hospitality was exceptional, and the positive feedback we received speaks volumes. One of our delegates was so impressed that she returned with her family for a weekend stay which is a true testament to the quality of service. The people at the front desk were truly amazing and went absolve and beyond to make our stay complete and amazing with upgrading our room and granting us a late checkout. The supervisor at the front desk was so polite and professional and really made us feel seen and appreciated. I have missed this kind of service in many hotels and you all did an amazing job. The breakfast was amazing, the balcony was a huge success and we loved the views and possibility to sit outside!
