Hilton Cape Town City Centre

My stay at Hyatt Regency Cape Town was absolutely worth it from start to finish. From the moment I arrived at the airport, I knew this would be a memorable experience. A special thank you to Shartlon, who played a huge role in making my entire stay feel like a dream come true. He thoughtfully arranged a meet-and-greet service at the airport, where I was welcomed with refreshing hand towels and a welcome drink. On the drive to the hotel, we enjoyed a wonderful conversation, and the driver was equally warm, friendly, and professional. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed in the lobby by the General Manager, Mr. Galo, along with the rest of the team. The arrival experience was exceptional, truly a 10 out of 10. Their genuine hospitality made me feel valued from the very beginning. I was then escorted to a beautiful suite, where thoughtful amenities were waiting for me. The room was outstanding, spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, and everything was in perfect working order. Every detail reflected the hotel's commitment to excellence. That evening, I dined at the restaurant and enjoyed the line fish, which was delicious. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional. Breakfast the following morning was equally impressive, with an excellent selection and a team that consistently delivered exceptional service. My sincere thanks to Mr. Galo, Shartlon, and every member of the Hyatt Regency Cape Town team for making my visit so special. Your hospitality exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely return to this amazing property the next time I visit Cape Town. Highly recommended!

The rooms are sizeable and great. The staff are genuinely super friendly and hospitable. The hotel is located centrally in the city; be prepared to venture out to get the full Cape Town experience. I wish I had more time here, including at the hotel.

If I could give 10 stars for service, I would! One of the best hotel stays I have had in a long time. Thank you! 1. The staff went above and beyond every single time. From constantly remembering my name, checking in on me and always asking if I needed anything. Omaya, Hanno, Nadine (front desk) , Tariq (bellboy).. these are just a few of them who have made my stay so memorable. The evening shift reception ladies, Ukulele and Naomi at the reception were just the people I needed after a long day of work. Everyone was warm and genuinely hospitable. Honestly, the service is next level! 2. Location is great. Was easy for me to get anywhere. Uber are easy and convenient. 3. Room amenities are as you would expect from any Hyatt Regency. Clean rooms, well maintained, comfortable pillows, bed and just perfect. 4. Breakfast buffet always good. The service is what will bring me back here and reccomend it any day. - Rena T
