Very central location. Well managed hotel with all services on site. Very good restaurant for both breakfast and supper. Good value for money. It also connects with the shopping centre that provides additional options and a break after work - no driving required. A big bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great stay.

I stayed at Hemingways Hotel recently and was extremely disappointed. Check-in: The process took far too long, with no sense of efficiency. Room condition: The rooms smelt strongly of damp and wet carpet, four other families had the same issue— an unpleasant, disgusting odour that made the stay uncomfortable. One evening I ordered a bottle of water to take to my room, I waited 23 minutes for it. Billing issue: On departure, I was told I could not check out until I settled a bill linked to my room number. Pressed for time to catch a flight, I paid immediately. Later, I discovered the charge belonged to friends who had already paid it. Refund: I queried the mistake with the hotel, and while they admitted the error, they have not refunded me. It has now been almost three weeks, and they claim their “investigation” is ongoing. This experience left me feeling cheated and robbed. The lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable. Until they resolve this, I can only describe them as unprofessional and dishonest.

The hotel was a great experience. The spacious suite was comfortable, and the friendly staff made it enjoyable. The food was decent, and the hotel’s location near a mall made it conveniently accessible.
