Premier Hotel El Icc

This is such a beautiful hotel with stunning views, great services from Zizipho. But the ROOF OF THE RECEPTION AREA! Viewing it from top suites…HORRIBLE! That gravel looking thing just ruins the beautiful sea views, why don’t you at least put artificial grass, it’s green would look so much better gravel/tar road we’re seeing now. Every time I post my videos from the suites above, people always say “this view would be 10/10 without that grey roof showing down there! I try and avoid it, so much so that I’d even book room 1001, knowing very well that the door isn't working properly, it’s better views that seeing that grey roof in the morning!. Please do something about it!

I was honestly disappointed with the treatment I received from the lady named Nosibusiso Sidiki she had a very bad attitude towards me and couldn’t address me well when I asked why do I have to pay R200 to bring in my own champagne however she didn’t say anything to the lady she knew that was drinking Bernini, that was a very nepotistic behaviour, because she let the lady finish the 6 pack Bernini without saying anything about the R200 fee that had to be paid which was also not mentioned in the T’s and C’s. I didn’t have a problem with paying the fee however the way she addressed me was very unprofessional and rude, everyone was very kind but her. I’m highly disappointed about the nepotism

I had an absolutely wonderful experience, thanks to the exceptional restaurant staff. The evening team truly stood out. Benjamin was incredibly attentive and professional while serving the tables. His warm personality and attention to detail made the dining experience feel personal and welcoming. Bubble also gave me such a lovely welcome each evening — friendly, warm, and genuinely hospitable. The morning staff were just as impressive. Noxolo was an absolute star! She was energetic, attentive, and made every breakfast feel special. What really amazed me was that both Benjamin and Noxolo knew my room number by heart. That level of attentiveness and memory shows true dedication and pride in their work. Their service made me feel valued and at home. Thank you to the entire team for such outstanding hospitality!
